आज बिहानै नित्यकर्म समाप्त गरी नजिकको नदी वा चोखो स्थलबाट बालुवा अथवा माटो ल्याई गाईको गोबरले लिपपोत गरिएको पूजाकोठा अथवा दसैँघरमा विधिपूर्पक राखेर त्यसमाथि जौ (यव) रोपिन्छ । यसलाई जमरा राख्ने भनिन्छ । जौको अङ्कुर दुर्गादेवीको प्रिय वस्तु भएकाले आज यव रोपण गरी दुर्गालाई चढाएर विजयादशमीको दिन टीका प्रसादसँगै समृद्धिको प्रतीक पहेँलो जमरा ग्रहण गरिन्छ ।
जमरामा जौ बाहेक अरु अन्न रोप्ने शास्त्रीय विधि नभएको धर्मशास्त्रविद् एवम् नेपाल पञ्चाङ्ग निर्णायक समितिका अध्यक्ष प्रा डा रामचन्द्र गौतमले राससलाई जानकारी दिनुभयो । कुल परम्परा र स्थान विशेषानुसार अन्य अन्न जौसँगै रोप्ने चलन पनि देशका विभिन्न भागमा छ ।
आजैको दिन विधिपूर्वक घट अर्थात् घडा स्थापना गरी त्यही घडामाथि शक्तिस्वरुपा दुर्गाको पूजा आराधना गरिने भएकाले आजको दिनलाई घटस्थापना भन्ने गरिएको हो । आज स्थापना गरिएको पूर्ण कलशको जलले अभिषेक गरी विजयादशमीका दिनमा दुर्गादेवीको प्रसाद ग्रहण गरिन्छ । आज घटस्थापनाको साइत बिहान ८ बजेर ३५ मिनेटमा शुभ रहेको नेपाल पञ्चाङ्ग निर्णायक समितिले जनाएको छ ।
दुर्गादेवीका तीन रुप महाकाली, महालक्ष्मी र महासरस्वतीको नवरात्रभर विधिपूर्वक आह्वान गरी पूजा गरिन्छ । महाकाली शक्तिको, महालक्ष्मी धनधान्य र ऐश्वर्यको एवम् महासरस्वती विद्या तथा बुद्धिको प्रतीकका रुपमा पूजाआजा एवम् आराधना गर्ने परम्परा नेपाली समाजमा छ ।
दुर्गाले आसुरी प्रवृत्तिको प्रतीकका रुपमा रहेका चण्ड, मुण्ड, शुम्भ, निशुम्भ र रक्तबीज लगायत राक्षसलाई बध गर्न लिएका नौ रुपको दुर्गा पक्षका अवसरमा विशेष पूजा, आजा र आराधना हुन्छ । आश्विन शुक्ल प्रतिपदादेखि पूर्णिमासम्मको १५ दिनलाई दुर्गा पक्ष भनिन्छ ।
यस पक्षको पहिलो दिन शैलपुत्री, दोस्रो दिन ब्रह्मचारिणी, तेस्रो दिन चन्द्रघण्टा, चौथो दिन कुष्माण्डा, पाँचौँ दिन स्कन्दमाता, छैटौँ दिन कात्यायनी, सातौँ दिन कालरात्रि, आठौँ दिन महागौरी र नवौँ दिन सिद्धिदात्रीको पूजाआराधना गरिन्छ । नौ दुर्गाका रुपलाई नवदुर्गा पनि भन्ने गरिन्छ ।
दुर्गादेवीले आसुरी एवम् राक्षसी प्रवृत्तिबाट मानवलाई जोगाएकाले समस्त मानव जातिले नै पूजाआराधना गर्ने शास्त्रीय नियम छ । "दुर्गा पूजा र दसैँ पर्व कुनै जात एवम् धर्मविशेषको भनी शास्त्रीय रुपमा प्रमाण छैन, यो मानव मात्रको कल्याणका पक्षमा काम गर्ने शक्तिको प्रतीकका रुपमा मनाइन्छ" – धर्मशास्त्रविद् एवम् समितिका अध्यक्ष गौतमले भन्नुभयो । दसैँ पर्वलाई असत्यमाथि सत्य र आसुरी शक्तिमाथि दैवी शक्तिको विजयको प्रतीकका रुपमा मनाउने गरिन्छ ।
दुर्गाको प्रतीकका रुपमा आजको दिनदेखि महानवमीसम्म प्रत्येक दिन फरक फरक गरी नौ कन्याको पूजा गरिन्छ । यसरी पूजा गरिने कन्या दुई वर्षमाथिका हुनुपर्ने शास्त्रीय विधान छ । बडादसैँको सातौँ दिन धार्मिक विधिअनुसार फूलपाती भित्र्याइन्छ भने महाअष्टमी र महानवमीका दिन बलि पूजा गर्नेले दसैँ घर, कोत र शक्तिपीठमा बलिसहित विशेष पूजा गर्छन् ।
नवरात्रभर दुर्गा सप्तशती चण्डी, श्रीमद्देवीभागवत र अन्य देवी स्तोत्र एवम् पाठ गरिन्छ । यस अवसरमा नक्साल भगवती, शोभा भगवती, नाला भगवती, पलाञ्चोक भगवती लगायत देशभरका शक्तिपीठमा पूजा आराधना एवम् दर्शन गर्न भक्तजनको भिड लाग्छ ।
नवरात्र भनेर समेत चिनिने दसैँ यस वर्ष तिथिको घटबढ नरहेकाले १० रात्रि र ११ दिनको छ । विगत केही वर्षमा तिथि टुटी सामान्य अवस्थामा हुनुपर्ने नौ रात्रि पनि दसैँमा नपरेकाले राष्ट्रलाई नै नराम्रो प्रभाव परेकामा यस वर्ष १० रात्रि र ११ दिनको संयोग घटस्थापनादेखि विजयादशमीसम्म जुरेकाले यसको फल समग्र राष्ट्रलाई नै राम्रो हुने नेपाल संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय वाल्मीकि विद्यापीठ फलित ज्योतिषका सहप्राध्यापक डा माधवप्रसाद पाण्डेले बताउनुभयो । "असोज १६ गते आइतबार र असोज १७ गते सोमबार दुवै दिन द्वितीयामै सूर्योदय हुँदैछ, यसरी यस वर्ष तिथि बढेको छ"– पाण्डेले भन्नुभयो।
आज विधिपूर्वक घर घरमा आह्वान गरी पूजा आराधना गरिने दुर्गादेवीलाई असोज २५ गते विजयादशमीका दिन विसर्जन गरी मान्यजनबाट प्रसादका रुपमा टीका, जमरा र पूmल प्रसाद ग्रहण गरिन्छ । असोज २५ गते देवी विसर्जनको साइत बिहान ८ बजेर २५ मिनेटमा रहेको समितिले जनाएको छ । टीका प्रसाद ग्रहण गर्न साइत खोज्नेका लागि भने असोज २५ गते ८ बजेर ४५ मिनेटको साइत उत्तम रहेको अध्यक्ष गौतमले बताउनुभयो।
