Baral September 28, 2016 : Madheshi Morcha (UDMF) has objected to three-party understanding to restructure local levels by taking local development units as the focal point. Speaking at Tuesday’s Parliament session, Jangi Lal Raya, lawmaker from the Morcha-aligned Tarai-Madhesh Democratic Party, protested against the understanding reached between the CPN-UML, Nepali Congress and the CPN-Maoist Centre.
