KATHMANDU: The National Reconstruction Authority on Monday decided to call a meeting of the Reconstruction Consulting Council within 10 days.
The meeting of NRA Steering Committee, chaired by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, took the decision to this effect.
In today’s meeting, Prime Minister Dahal directed the NRA officials to be serious and work in result-oriented way,  according to a statement issued by the PM’s Secretariat.
“When you come for the next meeting (in a month), come up with expected results,” he said. The NRA Steering Committee, which kicked off yesterday, concluded today.
The NRA was formed following the April 25 earthquake last year. Around 9,000 people were killed and infrastructure and properties worth billions of rupees were destroyed in the Nepal earthquake sequence.@himalayantimes
