Former Prime Minister and the then president of Nepali congress Late Sushil Koirala had took leadership of Nepal’s first constitution which was made by ‘Constitution Assembly’ for first time in Nepali politics history. On the first ‘constitution day’ no one remembered his contribution for constitution.
