ntermot is back and Kawasaki kicked off the show with a bang with a 2017 Ninja 650 being unveiled to the press today. The new ZX-10R inspired Ninja 650 has lost plenty of weight and it even goes on a gas guzzling diet with a 6.8 percent better fuel economy compared to the older 650.
The design is a lot sharper and aggressive compared to the its predecessor. The handle bars still remain raised which means that bike still belongs to the sports touring category. The instrument cluster has grown bigger as well. All-in-all this is still a sports bike that is practical enough for your daily commute.
