The Wolves lost to Northwest University (10-4,7-2) Saturday. The Eagles’ attack proved to be too much for the Wolves, as they fell in three sets. The Wolves fought hard, however, against an Eagles team that is ranked 3rd in the Cascade Collegiate Conference, and coming off a win vs. Evergreen State College.The Wolves played well early in the first set, jumping out to an early 3-1 lead after kills by Morgan Doyle and Lauren Barlow. Both teams traded punches throughout the set, the Eagles’ 13 kills created separation as they finished the set strong, winning it by a score of 25-16.
