विदेशी भाषी सर्वोत्कृष्ट छनोट समिती (नेपाल)ले चलचित्र ‘कालो पोथी’लाई अस्कर अवार्डमा सहभागी गराउने निर्णय गरेको हो ।

अवार्डका लागि पुग्ने स्तरिय एवं अब्बल दर्जाका सिर्जनाहरुमा रहेका प्राविधिक पक्ष, कथ्यको प्रस्तुती पक्ष, चरित्रहरुको भावनात्मक विश्लेषण तथा प्रस्तुतीको कलात्मक बनोट आदिलाई ध्यानमा राखेर यो बर्षको सफल चलचित्र ‘कालो पोथी’ अस्कर अवार्ड अन्र्तगत रहेको ‘विदेशी भाषी चलचित्र’को विधामा प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्नका लागि नेपालबाट छनोट भएको हो ।

सन् २०१७ मा विश्वकै प्रतिष्ठित ‘अस्कर अवार्ड’को ८९ औ श्रृङ्खला आयोजना हुनेछ । मुगुको एक गाउँमा बस्ने २ जना बालक र उनीहरुको रोचक कथालाई यो चलचित्रमा प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ ।
